No, Vexed, everyone remembers that you insisted Rice was shit, and being played out of position when he first made the first team.

If you've forgotten that, then I'm sure others will be able to remind you that you are one of the few people on WHO who knows less about football than Souness.

He keeps going on about in his day central midfielders would score more goals. He seems to forget that in those days of 442, full backs rarely ventured past the half way line and wingers kept to the flanks. You simply didn't need defensive midfielders in the middle the way you do now.

Wonder if he says the same about Kante, who gets about the same goals and assists as Rice.
